Warranty Conditions

The GÖKÇE brand products you have purchased have a 2-year warranty period against manufacturing and workmanship defects as specified in the Consumer Protection Laws, unless there is a special reason and agreement.

Malfunctions caused by the consumer using the product in a way that is contrary to the matters stated in the product introduction and user manual are not considered under warranty.

Adverse storage conditions,
Damage during shipment,
Damage during assembly,
Usage errors,
Intervention by unauthorized persons in the product,
Electrical problems,
Problems caused by fuel,
Damage caused by not performing the necessary maintenance problems,
The inappropriateness of the environment where the devices are located, etc.

The malfunctions caused by these situations can be given as examples of those not covered by the warranty.

Production, design, assembly and quality problems are the responsibility of the manufacturer Gökçe Brülör and malfunctions caused by these issues are evaluated within the scope of the warranty. Free repairs are made.

For the continuity of the 2-year warranty period of your device, have it only intervened by Authorized Services.
